"Salino Games", "Glowmory" and "UAIQ" are trademarks of Salino Games LLC. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works from the Services without our written permission.

4. Availability and changes

Our games are provided as live services. We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services (including leaderboards and saved progress) at any time, without liability to you.

5. Disclaimer of warranties

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted or error-free.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Salino Games LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data or progress, arising out of or related to your use of the Services. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed USD 50.
